Bree Ludlow

Bree Ludlow is an accomplished legal professional specializing in commercial litigation, banking, insolvency, and restructuring, with significant experience in property, construction, and energy resources. Currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel at South32 since January 2022, Bree previously held similar senior roles at GOLD FIELDS from August 2017 to December 2021. In addition to legal practice, Bree has a strong commitment to education and governance, exemplified by a long-term tenure at Perth College as a Founding Board Member and Chair of the Board, as well as involvement in the School Council. Academic qualifications include an LLB (Hons) from The University of Notre Dame Australia and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from The College of Law Australia. Bree is also Mental Health First Aid qualified.
