Harry Sugandi is an experienced leader in concept studies and business development, currently serving as the Lead for Concept Studies and Decarbonisation Concept Studies at South32 since April 2021. Prior to South32, Harry held various roles at Alcoa from 2005 to 2021, including Senior Manager of Strategy and Business Development, where significant contributions included due diligence on greenfield mines in Australia and West Africa, as well as managing infrastructure and capital projects. Harry's academic background includes an M.B.A. and dual master’s degrees in Maintenance and Reliability Engineering, along with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
