Su Harding serves as the Vice President of Human Resources Development at Southco, Inc., a leading provider of engineered access hardware solutions, since September 1994. With a focus on HRD and customer service for Europe and India, key responsibilities include coaching the Senior Leadership Team, driving employee engagement, developing Total Reward programs, and fostering customer excellence. Achievements include implementing a management development program recognized with a postgraduate leadership qualification and managing significant transitions, including the establishment of a design office in Stuttgart and the integration of acquired teams. Prior to Southco, Su held various roles in sales service, office management, and purchasing across several companies including Alcoa and Evonik. Su holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Development and Organisational Change and an HNC in Business & Finance from the University of Wolverhampton.
