Tim Murfin

Tim Murfin possesses extensive experience in asset protection and loss prevention with a career spanning over 18 years. Currently serving as Senior Director of Asset Protection Operations at Southeastern Grocers since June 2014, Tim has progressed through various leadership roles within the company. Prior experience includes significant positions at Target, where Tim oversaw operations for an Investigations Center, led a large-scale store remodel project, and managed theft investigations. Tim also held the role of Regional Loss Prevention at Winn Dixie Stores, conducting audits across multiple locations. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Criminology from Florida State University and an Associate of Arts from North Florida Community College.
