Engineering Apprentice at Southeastern Railway

Alfie Witsey started their career as a Pre-Apprentice at MiddletonMurray, where Alfie learned valuable skills in office administration and customer service. Alfie then went on to complete a 4-year apprenticeship at Southeastern Railway to become an electrical/mechanical engineer. Alfie has since transitioned into the field of recruitment, first as a Business Apprentice providing administration support and now as a Senior Recruitment Officer overseeing recruitment and selection services for Southeastern's Train Services & Engineering department. Alfie also holds a Level 3 CIPD in HR Practice from Bromley College.

Southeastern Railway

Southeastern runs train services into London from Kent and East Sussex, operating some 1600 trains a day, carrying more than 400,000 passengers each weekday, serving 180 stations and covering 450 miles of track.
