Colin Jacques has been working in the transportation and travel industry for over four decades. Colin has held various managerial roles at companies such as South Eastern Trains, P & O ferries, and Thomas Cook. Colin began their career in the travel industry as a Branch Manager at Thomas Cook, then transitioned into a role as Foreign Exchange manager at P & O ferries. Currently, at South Eastern Trains, Colin holds the titles of Senior Onboard Manager Highspeed and Conductor Manager. Colin received their education at Dover Grammar from 1968 to 1973.

Southeastern runs train services into London from Kent and East Sussex, operating some 1600 trains a day, carrying more than 400,000 passengers each weekday, serving 180 stations and covering 450 miles of track. We operate one of the busiest networks in the country including the UK’s first domestic high speed service with Javelin trains. SOUTHEASTERN is owned by SE Trains Ltd, a subsidiary of the Department for Transport’s public sector owning group, ‘DOHL.’ DOHL has responsibility for three rail companies, LNER, Northern Trains Limited and SE Trains.
