Lee O'Dwyer is a multi-site station manager at Southeastern Railway, overseeing teams at one of London's busiest stations. They ensure the smooth running of train dispatch operations, deal with various organizations and the public, and prioritize safety. With previous experience as an assistant manager and store manager at Costa Coffee, Lee has a strong background in managing teams, budgets, and stock. Prior to that, Lee worked as a controller at London Cars South Ltd, handling bookings and finances. Currently pursuing a BA (Hons) in business management at The Open University.

Southeastern runs train services into London from Kent and East Sussex, operating some 1600 trains a day, carrying more than 400,000 passengers each weekday, serving 180 stations and covering 450 miles of track. We operate one of the busiest networks in the country including the UK’s first domestic high speed service with Javelin trains. SOUTHEASTERN is owned by SE Trains Ltd, a subsidiary of the Department for Transport’s public sector owning group, ‘DOHL.’ DOHL has responsibility for three rail companies, LNER, Northern Trains Limited and SE Trains.
