Southeastern Railway
Phillip Palmer has been working at Southeastern Railway since June 1999, currently serving as a Passenger Experience Delivery Manager. Phillip also holds a Level 2 NVQ Diploma in Rail Services (Control Room Operations). In addition to their role at Southeastern Railway, Phillip has experience working at Spartan Race UK & Ireland as a Festival Assistant and Finish Line Lead. At Spartan Race UK, Phillip coordinates the finish line area at all races, assists with building the festival area, and leads a team of volunteers. Phillip attended Darrick Wood Seniors from 1991 to 1996, achieving a GCSE in Pitman elementary word processing.

Southeastern runs train services into London from Kent and East Sussex, operating some 1600 trains a day, carrying more than 400,000 passengers each weekday, serving 180 stations and covering 450 miles of track. We operate one of the busiest networks in the country including the UK’s first domestic high speed service with Javelin trains. SOUTHEASTERN is owned by SE Trains Ltd, a subsidiary of the Department for Transport’s public sector owning group, ‘DOHL.’ DOHL has responsibility for three rail companies, LNER, Northern Trains Limited and SE Trains.
