Mike Little serves as the Director of Partner Management at Alabama Power Company, overseeing a statewide residential team and commercial/industrial partner support in sectors such as electric transportation and property management. With a career spanning over two decades at Alabama Power, Mike has held various leadership roles including Director of Commercial Business Development and Director of Product & Services, managing operations for appliance sales and a range of commercial growth initiatives. Mike's experience includes prior positions at Vulcan Threaded Products as Assistant Plant Manager and roles in industrial account management and applied research coordination. An alumnus of Auburn University with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering, Mike Little brings extensive expertise in project management, operations, and strategic business development.
