Willie Epps

Willie Epps, Jr., MS, currently serves as the Assistant Director of Residence Life for Upper-class Communities at Southern Connecticut State University since July 2016, having previously held positions including Residence Hall Director and Assistant to the Director of Residence Life at Central Connecticut State University. With expertise in fostering student well-being, social development, and crisis management for residential populations, Willie collaborates with campus constituents, trains staff, and manages programming budgets to enhance student success. Additionally, Willie’s background includes roles in campus recreation and athletic administration, supported by a Master's Degree in Recreation Administration and a Bachelor's Degree in Recreation and Leisure Studies - Sports Management from Southern Connecticut State University.
