Faye B. is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience in leading HR functions across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Chief People Officer at Southern Land Company since January 2022, Faye previously held the position of Vice President, Region People & Culture Director at Lendlease from August 2009 to February 2022, overseeing HR for 1,400 employees in the Americas and transforming HR practices from transactional to strategic. Faye also directed HR functions for the healthcare verticals and other operations at Lendlease, and served as Region HR Director for Coca-Cola Bottling Company Consolidated, managing HR for a workforce of 3,000 across a seven-state region. Faye's education includes a B.A. in Management & Human Relations from Trevecca University and a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Trevecca Nazarene University.
