Matthew Boutilier, PhD, serves as the Director of Online Curriculum and Instruction at Oakton College and holds positions as an Adjunct Professor for the Graduate Instructional Design & Learning Technology Department at both Southern Nazarene University and the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
