Rodney Conway

Rodney Conway is an experienced General Foreman at Southland Industries since June 2022, with a background in leadership roles within the mechanical and plumbing industries. Since January 2018, Rodney has served as an instructor at UA Local 467, training individuals in various specialized areas including medical gas, crane signaling, brazing, rigging, and advanced plan reading. Previously, Rodney was a Plumbing/Piping General Foreman at Western Allied Mechanical from July 2016 to May 2022 and a Job Foreman at Pan-Pacific Mechanical from July 2015 to July 2016. Rodney began the career with DLI MECHANICAL, working as an apprentice and eventually leading as a lead mechanic from June 2010 to July 2015. Rodney holds multiple instructor certifications from UA Instructor Training and UA Local 467 in medical gas, rigging, and other disciplines.
