Jeff Hickman is the President and CEO of Southpoint Solutions, LLC, a company founded in 2003 that specializes in energy-efficient lighting solutions for commercial, industrial, and retail sectors. Prior to establishing Southpoint Solutions, Jeff held positions at Mettler-Toledo International, where responsibilities included managing a team of over 75 employees and overseeing a $27 million P&L as National Distribution Manager and Region Manager for Florida. Additional experience includes serving as an Account Executive at McKenney's, where leadership was provided for HVAC system installations, and as Regional Manager at Duke Energy, where Jeff established a new office in Atlanta. Early career roles included positions at Johnson Controls. Jeff holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and an M.B.A. in Accounting and Finance from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
