Kate Hand

Kate Hand has worked in a variety of roles throughout their career. Kate began their work experience as an Assistant Human Resources Manager at ARAMARK in 2007. Kate then moved on to work as a Healthcare Associate Recruiter at DaVita from 2007 to 2010. Following that, Kate worked as the Assistant Director of Admissions at the Art Institute of Austin for one year. Kate then joined Ajilon as a Recruiting Staffing Manager from 2011 to 2017. Currently, they are employed at Southside Bank as a VP, HR Senior Recruiter.

Kate Hand attended Texas Tech University from 2003 to 2006, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutional Management with a field of study in Spanish. Kate also participated in the Continuing Professional Development - Human Resources Management Certificate Program at The University of Texas at Austin. In terms of certifications, Kate Hand obtained the Certified Diversity and Inclusion Recruiter (CDR) certification from AIRS powered by ADP in 2021, as well as the Professional Recruiter Certification (PRC) from the same institution in the same year.
