Carrie Allison

Carrie Allison possesses extensive experience in credit administration and commercial loan management, currently serving as the Credit Administrator for North Carolina and Virginia at SouthState Bank since April 2018. In this role, Carrie leads a team of 23 Commercial Portfolio Managers and 9 Commercial Credit Analysts, overseeing credit analysis and portfolio management for the bank's Commercial Loan Portfolio. Prior to SouthState Bank, Carrie held the position of Director of Credit Administration at Park Sterling Bank, where a successful transition to a Commercial Portfolio Management Model was executed. Experience at BB&T included roles as a Regional Credit Officer, where business purpose loans were approved for significant amounts, and as a Commercial Lender managing a substantial loan portfolio. Early career development included various positions at First Citizens Bank, culminating in a management candidate program. Carrie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Virginia Tech.
