Dan Bockhorst

Dan Bockhorst is an accomplished banking professional with extensive experience in credit management and executive leadership. Currently serving as the Executive Vice President Chief Credit Officer at South State Bank since June 2020, Bockhorst has previously held similar senior roles including Executive Vice President Chief Credit Officer at CenterState Bank from April 2010 to June 2020, and Director of Special Assets Florida at RBC Bank from April 2008 to April 2010. Earlier in the career, Bockhorst was an Executive Vice President at Indian River National Bank and spent over two decades at Fifth Third Bank as Senior Vice President. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Finance from Xavier University and a BBA in Accounting and Finance from the University of Cincinnati's Carl H. Lindner College of Business.
