Connor Schanen

Connor Schanen has a diverse background with experience in veterinary assistance, food service, emergency medical care, and research. Currently serving as a Veterinary Assistant at Southview Animal Hospital since October 2020, Connor previously worked as a Front of House Server at Joe Mama's Bar & Grill and as an Emergency Medical Technician with Lisbon Mt. Vernon Ambulance Service. Additionally, Connor contributed to research at Anschutz Medical Center, focusing on hepatic inflammation and protein analysis. Connor holds a degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Cornell College, earned in 2020. An active EMT license is still maintained despite not currently working in emergency medical services.
