Dominic Welch

Dominic Welch has extensive experience in youth work and sports coaching, currently serving as a Senior Youth Worker at Southwark Council since June 2003, where responsibilities include creating a safe social environment for young people. In addition, Dominic has been the Head Football Coach at Southwark AllStars Football Club since July 2004, overseeing coach and player development. Previous roles include Joint First Team Manager at Long Lane JFC from December 2018 to June 2021, Assistant Manager/Coach for U21s at Meridian VP FC from July 2014 to June 2017, and Lead Sports Coach at Let Me Play from January 2014 to February 2015. Dominic also has experience as an Academy Scout for Chelsea Football Club from July 2010 to July 2012.
