Jami Cope

Jami Cope, PMP, is a seasoned IT project manager with extensive experience in various industries. Currently serving as a Senior IT Project Manager at Southwest Airlines, Jami previously held positions at Rentokil Terminix as a Project Manager and at Hotel Contracting Services as an IT Program Manager, where significant contributions included the analysis of manual processes and the development of digital solutions for stakeholders. Additional experience includes managing IT programs at Louder Agency, overseeing multiple Agile projects at ScottIPC, and providing training and technology integration support at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt. Jami holds a Master's degree in Education from Dallas Baptist University and a Certificate in the Engineering Flex Program from Thinkful.
