Chelsea Brown is an experienced professional in the field of project management and customer service. Currently serving as Service Contracts Manager at Southwest Solutions Group since January 2016, Chelsea has a strong background in coordinating service contracts and managing accounts. Previous roles include Project Coordinator/Service Contract Accounts Manager at Class C Solutions Group, where Chelsea focused on vendor managed inventory and cost-saving solutions for various sectors, and Customer Sales Specialist, developing customer relationships and solutions. Chelsea's earlier experience encompasses positions such as Account Executive at Nexstar Broadcasting Group, Inc., where advertising strategies were crafted, and Front Desk Receptionist at Holiday Inn Express, ensuring exceptional guest service. Chelsea holds a Bachelor’s degree in Advertising/Public Relations from West Texas A&M University and has attended Amarillo College.
