Nanette Pace has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, holding various titles such as Manager Hospital Services and In House Coordinator Supervisor. Nanette began their career as a Critical Care Paramedic at Scott and White Memorial Hospital before moving to their current role at Southwest Transplant Alliance. Nanette holds a Bachelor of Applied Science and BSN from Indiana State University, as well as an Associate of Science in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Achieve Test Prep Accelerated Nursing. Founded in 1974, STA has facilitated more than 30,000 organs for recovery and enhanced the lives of tens of thousands of people through tissue recovery. STA is among the largest of 58 federally designated, nonprofit organprocurement organizations (OPOs) in the United States, is a member of the United Network for Organ Sharing (UNOS), and is accredited by the Association of Organ Procurement Organizations (AOPO). The organization serves communities in North Texas, Beaumont, Bryan/College Station, Corpus Christi, El Paso, Galveston, Midland/Odessa, Temple, Tyler, and Wichita Falls.
