Philip Kaiser

Philip Kaiser is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in safety management and transportation security. Currently serving as the Safety Management Systems (SMS) Manager at Southwest Turbine Inc. since January 2022, Philip leads the development and integration of a comprehensive Safety Management System for the organization. Prior to this role, Philip had a two-decade tenure with the TSA, holding various positions including Supervisory Transportation Security Officer, Program Analyst, Network Information Coordinator, and Customer Service Quality Improvement Manager. Notably, Philip's earlier experience includes managing thermal processes in commercial aviation at Southwest Turbine Inc. and working as a Lead Ramp Agent at America West Airlines. Philip holds a Private Pilot's license from the South Mountain Center for Aerospace.
