Gerardo Valles is an experienced professional in the field of human resources development, holding a Master of Arts degree from Webster University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Park University. Currently, Gerardo serves as an Instructor at Southwest University at El Paso since August 2018. Previous roles include Special Projects Manager at Centro Familiar La Fe from November 2012 to August 2019, Youth Manager at Upper Rio Grande Workforce Development Board from January 2012 to November 2012, and Responsible Fatherhood Manager at ESC Region 19 Head Start from September 1987 to September 2011.
