Steve Ray

Steve Ray is an experienced instructional designer and learning coordinator currently managing and supporting the Learning Management System (LMS) at Southwestern Oklahoma State University. Since February 2019, Steve has also served as a LinkedIn and Upswing admin. As a self-employed instructional design consultant and curriculum manager since August 2018, Steve has provided expertise in educational design. Previously, from January 2012 to August 2018, Steve worked at the University of Oklahoma COD, assisting faculty in the development and evaluation of instructional technology. Steve's extensive background in distance education at Southwestern Oklahoma State University includes roles as Director of Distance Education and Assistant Director/Instructor. Steve's career began at C & A Corporation (General Motors) as a Production Superintendent. Steve holds a Master of Science in Applied Psychology with a focus on Educational Psychology and Learning Theory from Southwestern Oklahoma State University.
