Todd C. Wiggen

Todd C. Wiggen, EdD, DTM, MTS, currently serves as the Editor in Chief of the Management Teaching Review and is a board member for the Management & Organizational Behavior Teaching Society since June 2025. With extensive experience in academia, Todd has been an Associate Professor at Southwestern Oklahoma State University since August 2016, previously holding the title of Assistant Professor. At this institution, Todd develops course outlines, selects materials, and instructs both online and traditional classes in various subjects including organizational management and leadership. Todd also has experience as an adjunct professor at Vincennes University and the American Public University System, where course development and grading were key responsibilities. Todd's previous career in the U.S. Coast Guard, spanning 20 years, involved significant leadership and management roles within intelligence training, curriculum development, and coordination with various military and civilian educational organizations. Todd holds multiple degrees in fields such as Organizational Leadership, Military Strategic Intelligence, and Communication Studies.
