Currently serving as the Chief Revenue Officer and Partner at Southwind since September 2022, Jeffery oversees a portfolio of well-known brands including 1-800-GOT-JUNK?, You Move Me, DreamLawn, and MVP Air Conditioning, Heating, Plumbing & Electric. Previously, Jeffery co-founded Spring Venture Group in December 2008, leading innovative approaches to health insurance for the 65+ demographic through technology and analytics. As a former President and Co-Founder at SelectQuote Auto & Home Insurance Services (2010-2012), Jeffery played a pivotal role in scaling the company into a major direct-to-consumer insurance brokerage before its sale. Earlier career highlights include serving as an Assistant Vice President at Capital One from 2005 to 2009, where Jeffery was promoted to leadership roles, ultimately overseeing significant teams across sales and operations. Jeffery holds degrees from Lake Forest College and Kendall College.
