Adam Bares

Adam Bares is an accomplished data engineering and analytics professional currently serving as Senior Manager of Data Engineering and Acting Director of Artificial Intelligence and Advanced Analytics at Southwire Company since March 2023. With a strong background in analytics, Adam founded Data Du Nord, a consulting firm focused on data analytics and training, and held various leadership roles including Business Development Manager at Visier Inc. and Head of Solution Architecture at Data Clymer, where Adam received recognition as the 2021 Data Clymer of the Year. Previous experiences at Acxiom, Optum, and Target involved driving key metric reporting and developing data solutions using Tableau and other technologies. Adam's academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Economics from the University of St. Thomas, complemented by teaching experience as a Visiting Scholar at the same institution.
