Eva Krauss

Eva Krauss currently serves as the Chief Transformation Officer at Sovos since August 2023. Previously, Krauss held multiple leadership roles at Pegasystems from March 2017 to December 2022, including Vice President of Strategy & Transformation, where a global sales strategy was developed that improved pipeline by 27% YoY. Additional positions at Pegasystems included Vice President of Sales Effectiveness and Vice President of Business Transformation, collaborating with the CFO to enhance commercial operations. Earlier experience at Sovos from August 2013 to March 2017 involved serving as General Manager for the Enterprise Sales Tax division, achieving significant growth in revenue and EBITDA. Krauss also served as Vice President of Product Management and Managed Services, where leadership and integration of teams led to successful technology-enabled services. Prior roles at Vista Equity Partners, Taxware, EMC, and Accenture emphasized strategic transformation and operational improvements. Krauss holds a BS in Management from Boston College.
