Lisa Holmquest

Lisa Holmquest is a seasoned professional in customer and user experience, currently serving as the Vice President of Customer and User Experience at Sovos since July 2017. In this role, Lisa focuses on enhancing retention and driving growth through strategic initiatives. Prior to Sovos, Lisa held various significant positions including Director of UX at Saltside Technologies, where leadership in product strategy was key for a large business unit with over 1 million active users. As a former UX Designer at Zimpler, Lisa established the UX program to improve mobile checkout conversion. Additionally, Lisa was the Lead UX Designer at ShipCompliant, where the long-term UX vision and departmental roadmap were developed. Early career experiences include managing consulting projects at Summit Creations and owning ProHealth Design. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science in Visual Communications from Ohio University.
