Jake Pollmann is the Director of Information Technology at Periscope Holdings (formerly BidSync), with a tenure since August 2012. In this role, Jake directs and manages all IT activities, ensuring 24/7 delivery of BidSync's eProcure and BidSync Links+ software as a service (SaaS) products. Responsibilities include designing IT systems and network infrastructure, data protection, disaster recovery, project planning and management, as well as IT budget preparation and management. Previously, Jake served as Senior Client Relations Manager at ViaWest from October 2010 to September 2012, where responsibilities included developing customer relationships and coordinating the implementation of data center and managed services. Prior experience also includes the role of Client Services Manager at Consonus Technologies, managing relationships with over 100 accounts, and IT Manager at Avalon Digital Marketing Inc., overseeing administration for various operating systems. Jake holds a BS degree in Computer Science from Utah Valley University and additional education from the University of Utah.
