Stephanie Comardelle currently serves as Chief Experience Officer at S&P Global since June 2024. Previously, Stephanie held the position of Senior Vice President at Celonis, overseeing Global Renewals Management, Digital Success, Centers of Excellence, Competitive Intelligence, Demo Excellence, and Value Advisory. Prior to Celonis, Stephanie was Vice President of Customer Success at Extreme Networks, managing a portfolio that included over half of the Fortune 500 companies. At Lucid, LLC, Stephanie acted as Chief of Staff to the CEO, driving long-range strategy and optimizing operations, and served as VP of Customer Experience, Success & Solutions, enhancing customer value across the organization. Earlier experience includes leading global customer success strategy at ServiceNow for more than 8,700 customers. Stephanie holds an MBA in Finance and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems, both from Loyola University New Orleans.
