Sajili Mohan Chawla is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership coaching and education. Currently serving as a Visiting Faculty and Leadership and Life Coach for the Post Graduate Management Programme for Women at SPJIMR, Sajili leads initiatives aimed at empowering women to re-enter corporate careers. Additionally, Sajili serves as a Senior Consultant for Leadership Interventions at CWIL and teaches "Science of Spirituality" to over 450 students annually. As a Professional Certified Coach from the International Coach Federation and a Certified Integral Coach®, Sajili employs innovative coaching approaches to foster personal growth. Prior experience includes directorship at Vikas Publishing House, where leadership contributed to the success of quality educational publishing across India and the Middle East. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Transpersonal Psychology from Sofia University, a B.A. (Hons) in Economics from Lady Shri Ram College for Women, and Chartered Accountancy credentials.
