Shwan Alatroshi is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in database administration and security services. Currently serving as the Director of Splunk Professional Services - Security at SP6 since July 2018, Shwan has held several key positions including PS Security Practice Manager and Senior Security Lead. Previously, Shwan worked at Accenture as an Oracle Database Administrator and served as an instructor for Oracle and Linux courses at both New Horizons Computer Learning Centers and IT Training House. Shwan's career also includes roles such as Principal DBA at CDN Computer Data Networks, Database Principal Administrator at Asiacell, Core Network IP Engineer at iQ Networks, and Analyst Programmer at Orascom Telecom. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Computer Science from the New York Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Software Engineering from Al-Mansour University College.
