Leo Huynh has a diverse work experience in the fields of software development, simulation art, photography, and game design. In their most recent position as a Software Developer III (Serious Games Artist) at Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc., they developed large synthetic environments of military bases using Unity 3D, 3D Studio Max, ZBrush, Photoshop, and Substance Painter. Leo also animated and programmed human and animal models. Prior to this, they worked as a Unity Developer at DRIVE SQUARE INC. from 2014 to 2019. Leo also has experience as a Simulation Artist at the National Fire Academy (NFA) and DSFederal, where they created simulations. Additionally, they worked as a Photographer at Mona Lisa Photography Studio and as a Game Designer at Gratii. Leo has also instructed children in game design and development at Black Rocket Productions and worked as a Film Editor, Animator, Programmer, and Web Developer at Kaiman Bros.

(SPA) provides timely and objective analysis and integrated technical, operational, programmatic, policy, and business solutions in support of important national security objectives. SPA was founded in 1972 with three employees working primarily with the U.S. Navy, leading major technical support programs for the Strategic Systems Programs (SSP).
