Danielle Martin

Danielle Martin has a diverse work experience. Danielle currently works at Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. as a Computer Scientist since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Booz Allen Hamilton as a UX/UI Designer and Developer Lead from 2020 to 2023. In this role, they led UX research, conducted stakeholder and user interviews, and performed usability studies to improve Data Operations Analytics Tracker (DOAT) functionality and user experience. Before that, Danielle worked at Broadleaf, Inc. as a Software Developer Journeyman from 2019 to 2020, where they designed, developed, and maintained software for engineering applications. Additionally, they worked as a Software Developer Intern at Insight Engineering Solutions Inc. in 2019, focusing on conceptualizing and designing digital experiences to support Mission Command Support Center. Prior to their career in technology, Danielle worked as a Teacher at Salt and Light Before and After School Program from 2017 to 2019. Danielle also has experience in marketing graphic design, having worked as a Marketing Graphic Designer at HD Wrapz from 2012 to 2014.

Danielle Martin is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Web Design and Development from Wilmington University, with an expected completion date in 2022. Before that, they completed an Associate of Science degree in Design and Visual Communications, General from Cecil College, where they studied from 2013 to 2017.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Danielle has also obtained certifications to enhance their skills. Danielle has obtained the Certified User Experience Specialist (CUSX) certification from Nielsen Norman Group in October 2021. Furthermore, they are pending the completion of the CompTIA Security+ certification from CompTIA, which is expected to be obtained in January 2022.
