Valeria Rodriguez is an experienced professional currently serving as a Science Teacher at St. Stephen’s Episcopal Day School and as an Education Professional with Leadership Florida. Valeria also works as a Project Specialist at StratoStar and a Certified Teacher with Unyted, while contributing to the Blue Scholars Initiative as a Steering Committee Member and acting as an Ambassador for WeVideo. Additionally, Valeria participates in the Space Educator Expedition Crew Program at Space Center Houston, focusing on STEM educational development for K-12 educators. An accomplished author and illustrator with Valeria Books since 2012, Valeria explores themes of technology and familial connection in children's literature. Valeria's previous experience includes teaching science at Gulliver Schools and contributing as a columnist for Run South Florida Magazine. Valeria holds a Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science and Biology from the University of Florida, a Master’s degree in Educational/Instructional Technology from St. Thomas University, and a high school diploma from Our Lady of Lourdes Academy.
