Menard Robert is an experienced software developer specializing in Network Management Systems (NMS) and ETL/DB development. At SpaceBridge Inc. since November 2018, Menard has improved NMS v5.0 while resolving long-standing issues using technologies such as PHP, Java, and PostgreSQL. Prior experience includes NMS software development at Advantech Wireless Inc., where Menard integrated radio element manager menus, and extensive ETL development roles at comScore, Inc. and Nexius. Menard's foundational skills were honed through programming and system administration positions at Vidéotron, CAE, and Viasystems. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science from McGill University and various specialized training programs.
