Nick Glenn is the Vice President of Human Resources for Spaceflight. He has an extensive background managing human resources, risk, and compliance programs for both private-equity backed organizations and tech companies, in addition to mergers and acquisitions, talent development, and operational excellence.
Nick is a proud veteran of the United States Army, having served in Iraq and other contingencies worldwide. Nick credits his time in the military as the catalyst in developing his passion for employee engagement and collaboration. A disciple of Jack Stack, he firmly believes in leveraging the strengths and developing the weaknesses of people in business and in life by promoting transparency, accountability, and ownership. He holds an Executive Master’s in Human Resources Management from Cornell University.
