Josh K. is an experienced technical recruiter with a strong background in sourcing and hiring for various engineering roles. Currently serving as a Staff Technical Recruiter and Recruiting Manager at SPAN since June 2022, Josh focuses on recruiting for systems engineering, research and development, hardware engineering, and electrical engineering. Prior to SPAN, Josh held positions at DoorDash and Tesla as a Staff Technical Sourcer, and at Uber as a Lead Technical Recruiter, where successful recruitment strategies led to substantial hiring growth for newly formed teams. Additional experience includes a lead role at Herc Rentals, where innovative recruiting strategies significantly reduced requisition loads, and a decade-long service in the U.S. Coast Guard, culminating as a Recruiting Manager. Josh earned a Bachelor of Science in IT Management from the American Public University System.
