Pradeep Shinde

Pradeep Shinde is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in the field of human resources and administration. Currently serving as the HR & Administration Manager at Span Pumps Private Limited since August 2018, Pradeep specializes in workforce development, organizational planning, and enhancing employee engagement and productivity. Previous roles include HR & Admin Executive at Givaudan, where Pradeep managed industrial relations for a new greenfield setup, and HR & Admin Head at Chordia Food Products. Pradeep holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources from Aditya Institute of Management in Pune, following an education at Sacred Heart Convent High School in Ahmednagar.
