Henry Zhang

Henry Zhang is a Principal Firmware Engineer at SpanIdea Systems since July 2019, specializing in the development of bootloader, OTA, watchdog features, and drivers for various microcontrollers and SoCs. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Firmware Engineer at Mindteck, focusing on smart power controllers, and at Esencia Technologies Inc., where applications for Nordic BLE and board bring-up for complex hardware projects were developed. Additional experience spans work at Amazon Lab126, Teleca, Intel, and Nvidia, contributing to battery optimization, driver development, and board diagnostics. Henry Zhang holds degrees from Loyola University Chicago, University of Missouri-Kansas City, and Nankai University.
