Anja-Maria Schäfer's work experience begins in 2015 when they were a Werkstudentin Human Resources at io-consultants until 2018. In 2018, they worked as a Praktikantin at Daimler Fleetboard GmbH. The following year, they became a Human Resources Manager at Experience One until 2020. From 2020 onwards, Anja-Maria Schäfer joined SPARETECH as an HR-Manager and later transitioned to the role of Senior People and Culture Manager.

- From 2011 to 2016, they attended Pädagogische Hochschule Heidelberg, where they earned their Erstes Staatsexamen in Lehramt an Werkreal-, Real- und Hauptschulen (teaching certificate for specialized, general, and secondary schools).
- Later, from 2016 to 2018, they pursued a Master of Arts (MA) in Personal- und Organisationsentwicklung (personal and organizational development) at Pädagogische Hochschule Heidelberg.

SPARETECH creates a collaboration platform for manufacturing companies to digitize their spare part inventories, calculate their true demand, compare parts from various suppliers, and source the appropriate part outside or within their production network. The software compares spare part lists from clients to the product database and generatesstandardized data sets for ERP systems. They allow the customer to leverage sourcing and usage within the production network.
