Marc Hild has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Marc currently works as a Senior Partner Manager at SPARETECH since July 2022. Previously, Marc worked at Porsche Consulting, starting as a Junior Consultant in January 2016 and progressing to roles such as Consultant, Senior Consultant, and ultimately Manager by July 2021. Between their time at Porsche Consulting, Marc worked briefly as a Research Analyst at Tschach Solutions GmbH from June to August 2015. Marc also gained experience as a Management Consultant Intern at Bachert Unternehmensberatung GmbH & Co. KG from October 2014 to February 2015. Prior to that, they served as a Research Assistant at Karlsruher Institut für Technologie (KIT) – Innovation Department from June 2012 to March 2013 and at Karlsruhe School of Optics & Photonics (KSOP) from March to July 2011. Marc began their professional journey as an Intern at Elringklinger automotive components India pvt. Ltd. from August to October 2010. Marc also completed a year of Civil Service at AFS from August 2008 to August 2009.
Marc Hild has a diverse education history. In 2005-2006, they attended Grandview Preparatory High School in Florida, USA. Marc then pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Business Engineering from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) from 2009 to 2013. Following that, Marc pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Business Engineering from the same institution, completing it in 2015. In 2011-2012, they attended INSA Lyon - Institut National des Sciences Appliquées de Lyon, studying Génie industriel. Marc also spent some time in 2013-2014 at the Polytechnic School of UFRJ, studying Engenharia de produção. Additionally, in September 2019, Marc obtained the Professional Scrum Master 1 certification from Scrum.org.

SPARETECH creates a collaboration platform for manufacturing companies to digitize their spare part inventories, calculate their true demand, compare parts from various suppliers, and source the appropriate part outside or within their production network. The software compares spare part lists from clients to the product database and generatesstandardized data sets for ERP systems. They allow the customer to leverage sourcing and usage within the production network.
