Simone Schepperle has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Simone started their career in 2014 with an internship in production technology development at ZF Group. In 2015, they completed their Bachelor's thesis on the introduction of a new intralogistics system at Husqvarna Group. Simone then worked as a working student in supply-chain-management at Carl Zeiss Vision in 2016.

In 2017, Simone had an internship in industrial engineering at Brose Group before joining Festool GmbH, where they completed their master's thesis on the identification and valuation of automation solutions in production. In 2018, Simone joined Voith Turbo as a Global Graduate in Service Product Management. Simone had several international assignments in the United States, Canada, and Japan, working on the development and marketing of service products. Simone also served as a Service Product Manager for Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul, where they were responsible for developing new service products, market positioning, and pricing strategies.

Most recently, Simone joined SPARETECH in 2022 as a Partner Manager, where they are involved in managing partnerships and expanding the company's network.

Simone Schepperle completed a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) degree in Industrial Management from Aalen University from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen from the same university, which they pursued from 2012 to 2016. In addition to their academic qualifications, Simone obtained IPMA® Level C - Certified Project Manager certification from IPMA: International Project Management Association in March 2022.
