Alexa Lyons is a seasoned finance professional with a robust career spanning over 17 years in the finance industry. Currently serving as CFO and General Partner at Spark Capital since January 2014, Alexa has held various roles within the firm, including VP of Finance, Controller, and Accounting Manager. Prior experience includes significant positions at Bain Capital from June 2009 to January 2014, where Alexa advanced from Finance Associate to Finance Manager. Earlier career foundations were established at PricewaterhouseCoopers, starting as an Assurance Intern in June 2006 and culminating in the role of Assurance Associate. Alexa holds a BA in Accounting from the Martin J. Whitman School of Management at Syracuse University, graduating in 2007.
