Haley (Sandroff) Bilton has a diverse work experience in the field of media planning and advertising. Haley started their career at Gamma Phi Beta Sorority in 2010 as a Membership Vice President, and later joined the American Advertising Federation in 2009, where they served as VP of Internal Communications and National Student Advertising Competition Media Strategist.
In 2012, Haley worked as a Media Planning Intern for the BP Team at Mindshare. Haley then continued their journey at Mindshare, where they held various roles, including Media Planning Associate, Media Planning Senior Associate, Manager, and Associate Director.
In 2018, Haley joined Spark Foundry and took on the position of Associate Media Director. Haley later progressed to become a Director, then VP, Director, and is currently serving as a Client Lead and Senior Vice President.
