Winnie then joined Spark Foundry as a VP, Activation Director from August 2005 to December 2016. From January 2017 onwards, they held the position of Vice President, Group Client Director at Spark Foundry. In October 2018, Winnie Chin joined Publicis Media as the SVP, OOH Practice, Client Service.
