Angela Rugambwa

Angela is a leading humanitarian expert with 18 years of International development experience. She is the Director of Internal Controls at the IRC. She previously served as the Country Director for IRC Uganda. Before that, she held various Program Operational roles in Uganda, Somalia, Pakistan, DR Congo, South Sudan, and Kenya. Before joining the IRC, she worked for the Uganda Government and the United Nations World Food Program. Angela holds a BA in social sciences, PGD in Human Resource Management, and a Master's in Public Administration. She has been a force advising Spark’s team on in-country coalition building.
