Joselyn was born and raised in Nyaruguru, in the Southern province of Rwanda. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Kigali obtained in 2019. Before joining Spark as a Trainer in February 2021, she worked for five years at Educate! where she worked on Youth empowerment in leadership and entrepreneurship.
